Today, Dr. Noy and Les motored all the way to Calamba to attend the Philips Calamba Toastmasters Club Meeting with AreaGov. Khris. Welcoming the guests at the lobby was Roel Maccarubo who used to be a Motorolan. Roel Maccarubo is the club's contestant under Area 77 in the Area 77-78 Joint Quartethlon on Sept. 9.
For tonight's meeting, Les evaluated TM Lingua for his speech "The Missing Day in the Earth" which was an attempt to explain a claimed missing day through some bible verses. Dr. Noy was the General Evaluator. VP for Education Viselle handled some business matters. She is actually the wife of Vic delos Reyes, one of our associates.
